Pauline Blalock Goddard of SAN DIEGO, CA. FORMERLY OF ANDERSON CREEK COMMUNITY, - Pauline Blalock Goddard, 88, formerly of the Anderson Creek Community, passed away peacefully June 30, 2017, in San Diego, Ca., where she had resided for the past 23 years. Pauline was the daughter of the late Hugh & Ethel Bell Blalock and is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Goddard & sister Betty Parker Dunn. She is survived by her sisters, Ann McArtan Bland, Nancy Cook (Maurice), Lynda Griffith (Malcolm) and numerous nieces & nephews. Her memorial service was held at New Hope Baptist Church, 293 Bethel Baptist Rd., Route 1, Spring Lake, NC 28390 on Sunday, August 6, at 3:00 pm.
